Ibuprofen 200mg tablets relieves pain and reduces inflammation and temperature as well as relieving headaches and other types of pain. It also relieves cold and flu symptoms.
Helps to relieve:
– Rheumatic or muscular pain
– Backache
– Nerve pain
– Migraine
– Headache
– Dental pain
– Period pain
– Fever
The active ingredient in each tablets is Ibuprofen 200mg.
- Please ensure this medication is used in line with the manufacturer’s directions.
- Short term use only.
- Do not take more than the recommended dose.
- Adults and children over 18: 1-2 tablets to be taken up to 3 times a day as required. No more than 10 days.
- Children age 12 to 18: 1-2 tablets to be taken up to 3 times a day as required. No more than 3 days.
- Leave at least four hours between doses and do not take more than 6 tablets in any 24 hour period.
- Children under 12 years of age: Not recommended.
- Seek medical advice if symptoms do not improve after the recommended number of days.
- Take with or after food.
Do not use if:
- You have ever had an allergic reaction to anti-inflammatory medicines, ibuprofen or to any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
- Previous history of or current ulcers, perforation or bleeding in the stomach
- You have any of the following medical conditions: Bleeding disorder, severe heart failure, renal or liver failure or a gastrointestinal conditions.
- You are taking other anti-inflammatory medication, including aspirin.
Speak to your doctor before using if:
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
- You are taking any prescription medicines and medicines you have purchased e.g., steroids, warfarin, antidepressants, herbal medicines.
- You are intolerant to sugars – may contain lactose and sucrose.
- You have or have had asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a stroke, heart, liver, kidney, or bowel problems, are a smoker.

- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
- If you get any side effects, please talk to your doctor. Seek urgent medical attention if you suffer from an allergic reaction.
