Consultation Confidentiality

As a Distance Selling Pharmacy, we at e-medicina understand the sensitivity and confidentiality of patient personal information which are strictly treated with paramount confidence by all staff. At e-medicina we have a dedicated consultation room for virtual consultations and discussions, we have the facility to do a phone consultation or a video consultation.

The consultation room’s door at e-medicina has got a standard lock and a smart lock that no one can unlock  except a member of our team, and that is to avoid any confidential patient data to be overheard accidentally.
